Step 1 – Needs Identification
Everyone knows that they need to accumulate assets to secure a financially independent future. Brett will provide an appointment in the comfort of the client’s home at their convenience to identify and discuss their needs on a personalised basis with no obligation.
Step 2 – Confidential Meeting
Brett will provide an overview of the services required and gather all the information necessary to assess the client’s situation and provide them with a range of options in a report that will help them determine their goals and the actions they can take to make them happen. Any information that is disclosed is subject to stringent confidentiality guidelines to ensure that the client’s privacy is protected.
Step 3 – Discuss Options
A written report will be provided outlining the client’s options. These options will be discussed along with an overview of the strategy. If the client decides to proceed to the next step, we will arrange for a confidential interview with an authorised financial planner.
Step 4 – Assess Financial Products
If the client has decided that they need to invest as part of their portfolio, a qualified financial planner will discuss the range of financial options available to the client that will help them. This could also require a range of financial structuring products.
Step 5 – Investment Property
If the client has chosen to invest in real estate, Brett will arrange for an inspection of a range of suitable residential investment properties that are strategically located to take advantage of capital growth. Every property selected meets strict criteria relating to infrastructure including proximity to major transport, schools, shopping centres and work opportunities for your prospective tenants. Every turnkey package is built at a fixed price with a high specification list to meet the most demanding tenant’s criteria.
Step 6 – Proceed to implement plan
Once the client has selected an investment the management team prepares everything that is required to make sure that the investment is in accordance of strict standards. The client will be kept informed at every stage with progress photos emailed direct to them. Prior to completion or final settlement of the client’s investment property it will be handed over to a professional property manager who will ensure that it is tenanted as quickly as possible to minimise vacancies and maximise income.
Step 7 – Ongoing review & support
